Genesys becomes Team Partner to the Ferrari Hypercar programme

Maranello 12 January 2023

Ferrari is pleased to announce the arrival of a new Team Partner, who will join the Hypercar programme through a multi-year agreement: Genesys, an international leader in solutions for customer experience – that is, the sum of all sensations a customer experiences in every interaction with a brand up to purchase – contact centres and digital data management.

The company has offices in more than fifty countries worldwide and customers in over a hundred. Its logo will feature on the Ferrari 499P number 50, to be driven by Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen, and on number 51, for the crew made up of Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado and Antonio Giovinazzi, who will race in the 2023 season of the FIA World Endurance Championship, bringing the Prancing Horse back to the top class of the World Championship. The logo of Genesys, also a Scuderia Ferrari partner, will make an appearance on Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz’s single-seaters as well.
