Nürburgring 31 August 2025

The number 51 Ferrari 296 GT3 from AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors will start from third position on the grid in the 3 Hours of the Nürburgring, round four of the GT World Challenge Europe – Endurance Cup, thanks to an average time of 1:54.446. The Maranello manufacturer’s car, with official drivers Alessio Rovera and Alessandro Pier Guidi alongside Vincent Abril, was the best-placed of the seven Ferraris at the end of qualifying, which began in 14°C conditions with cloudy skies and a dry track. Rain during the third session stopped Pier Guidi from setting a quicker lap when he was still challenging for pole position

The 50 Ferrari 296 GT3 from AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors will start from the back of the grid after an accident cut short official driver Antonio Fuoco’s timed laps while he was contending for the top positions, following excellent times posted by Eliseo Donno. In the Bronze class, pole position went to the Ferrari 296 GT3 from Kessel Racing, driven by championship leaders Dustin Blattner, Conrad Laursen and Dennis Marschall. The third fastest time was secured by the third AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors entry, the number 52 Ferrari, crewed by Jeff and Louis Machiels alongside Tommaso Mosca. The number 93 Ferrari 296 GT3 from Ziggo Sport Tempesta, with Eddie Cheever, Lorenzo Patrese and Marco Pulcini, turned in the sixth fastest time, while the number 8 Ferrari 296 GT3 from Kessel Racing, driven by Nicolò Rosi, Niccolò Schirò and David Fumanelli, recorded the 14th fastest.
