Dear Visitors,

from January 10th 2022 until the end of the COVID-19 pandemic national state of emergency currently scheduled for March 31st 2022, access to the museums will be permitted only to holders of one of the Covid-19 green certificated (aka “Super Green Pass”), either in print or digital form, attesting to one of the following:

- that the holder has completed the primary vaccination cycle or has received a booster dose;

- that the holder has recovered from Covid-19 and has completed the relevant prescribed isolation period following infection;

- that the holder has recovered from Covid-19 after receiving a first vaccine dose or at the end of the primary vaccine cycle or after receiving the relevant booster dose.

Therefore, for the abovementioned period of time, access is not permitted to holders of Green Passes attesting to a negative Covid-19 rapid antigen or PCR test result.

- No other documentation (such as negative swab or antibody tests) will be accepted.

- Subject to changes in legislation, access without Green Certificates is permitted to children under the age of 12 or individuals who have not been vaccinated for medical reasons and hold a medical certificate to that effect that complies with current regulations, individuals who received the ReiTherra vaccine (one or two doses) as part of the Covitar trial,and holders of vaccination certificates issued by the Republic of San Marino’s health authorities.

How to get the Super Green Pass:

From the dgc.gov.it website, by inputting your health card or vaccination code, recovery code, negative test result code (sent to you by text message or email).
In any pharmacy, on presentation of your health card (only for vaccination or negative test result certs but not recovery certs);
On the “Immuni” or “IO” apps, which can be downloaded to your smartphone apps to receive a message every time a Green Cert becomes available to the holder.

Green Pass equivalent Certificates:

From January 10th 2022 to the end of the COVID-19 national state of emergency currently scheduled for March 31st 2022, foreign visitors holding Green Passes issued solely on the basis of a negative rapid antigen or PCR test will not be granted access to the museums.

Subject to regulatory changes, for the abovementioned period of time, access will be permitted only to holders of vaccine certs issued by the healthcare authorities of countries listed in the Italian Ministry’s circular of September 23rd 2021 (link) and holders of recovery or vaccine certificates issued by the healthcare authorities in the countries listed in the Ministerial circular of July 30th 2021 (link).

Covid-19 Green Certificates Accepted:

Green Pass for all visitors from EU countries, Switzerland, the Vatican City, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, the former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia, Turkey and the Ukraine.
Equivalent certificates for all visitors from the USA, Japan, Canada, Israel, the Republic of San Marino, the UK and Northern Ireland, including Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and British bases on the island of Cyprus.

Our staff are authorised to ask visitors to show their Green Pass either in digital or print form at the entrance to the museums to ensure they are valid. Holders will also need to show an ID document. Please arrive at the museum entrances with the correct documents to hand to facilitate checking and access.

The Ferrari Museums in Maranello and Modena are open as normal to the public seven days a week. However, we recommend advance booking and purchasing of tickets from our site to guarantee availability. COVID-19 prevention and safety measures remain in place.

The Foundation

The “Fondazione Casa Natale di Enzo Ferrari – Museo” was established in 2003 with the aim of promoting the Modena region’s motoring tradition and create a museum dedicated to Enzo Ferrari in Modena, which opened its doors on 10 March 2012 and is currently managed by Ferrari spa.
