Ferrari Racing Days at Spa-Francorchamps: pure excitement beyond competition

Maranello 19 September 2025

From 19 to 21 September, the Spa-Francorchamps circuit will host a new edition of Ferrari Racing Days, one of the most eagerly awaited events on the calendar for Prancing Horse enthusiasts. Alongside the Ferrari Challenge races, the Belgian weekend will feature a series of non-competitive activities that showcase the most exclusive and cutting-edge side of Ferrari.

One of the most spectacular highlights is the return to the track of three historic Scuderia Ferrari single-seaters as part of the F1 Clienti programme. The F2000 and F2004, both previously driven by Rubens Barrichello, and the F10, piloted by Fernando Alonso in 2010, will once again roar through the corners of Spa. These cars, entrusted to collectors and amateur drivers and supported by Ferrari technicians, represent a living legacy of Formula 1 that remains capable of stirring excitement today.

The XX Programme will also take centre stage, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Twenty track-only laboratory cars, including the extreme FXX-K Evo and 599XX Evo, will be featured in dedicated sessions. These models, developed exclusively for track use, are designed for clients who seek maximum performance in a non-competitive but highly technological environment.

The 499P Modificata, star of the Sport Prototipi Clienti programme, is also in the spotlight. Eleven examples of this Hypercar, based on the 499P that triumphed at the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in the FIA World Endurance Championship, will be on track. Equipped with a hybrid powertrain and designed solely for track use, the 499P Modificata embodies Ferrari's engineering excellence tailored for gentleman drivers. Its return to the Belgian circuit, even in a non-competitive format, carries powerful symbolic significance. It was here that the 499P secured one of the most significant victories of its racing career. The event promises a celebratory atmosphere, with visitors able to watch the track sessions, admire legendary cars up close, and immerse themselves in the Ferrari universe – all set against one of the most iconic backdrops in world motorsport.
