For over two decades we have championed the health of our employees and their families, in the knowledge that caring for the individual is essential to achieving greatness together.

Born from the exacting demands of racing, where human potential is as critical as engineering prowess, Ferrari’s approach to its people’s health was conceived in the 1990s with a culture of preventive care that began with our Scuderia team and was soon expanded to embrace our entire Maranello community.

In 2024, our vision took a further step forward. Every Ferrari employee in Italy is now invited to a comprehensive annual health check-up, free of charge and during working hours, in state-of-the-art facilities near our Maranello headquarters.

Ferrari’s legacy is reflected also in the community we nurture, so we run a dedicated programme for our employees’ children – from ages 4 to 18. Through focused prevention and early screening, we support healthier lifestyles from the very beginning, because the Ferrari family spans generations.
