Free medical check-ups
A pioneering initiative since 1999, our voluntary programme provides comprehensive annual medical check-ups for employees and their children. In 2024 alone, we provided health screenings for over 2,500 employees and 1,000 children.
Ferrari Summer Camp
We support the work-life balance of our employees by providing a summer camp for their children during working summer weeks. Now in its 15th year, it reaches 1,000 young people annually, offering a safe space with a rich programme of educational, sporting, and recreational activities.
Ferrari Family Day
This is an opportunity for employees to share pride and sense of belonging. Over one special weekend, our unique working environment – not normally open to the public – welcomes families and loved ones. In 2024, over 30,000 visitors participated in the event, a testament to the strength of our community and the passion that unites us.

Our in-house technical training programme enables senior "Maestri" to pass on decades of invaluable knowledge to our junior talent, ensuring that unique Ferrari craftsmanship skills are maintained for the future.

Our Ferrari League programme was established in 2012 to reward teams that share ideas for greater efficiencies. In 2024 we received over 20,000 suggestions, leading to further innovations that are continually accelerating our progress.

Equal Salary Certification
In 2020 we became the first Italian company to gain equal pay certification for all our facilities in the country. In 2023 Ferrari went further, achieving Equal-Salary Certification for equal pay between genders at a global level, proof of our company’s ongoing commitment to ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace that values diversity.
