INITIATIVES FOR PEOPLE
Employees
FREE MEDICAL CHECK-UPS
A pioneering initiative since 1999, this voluntary programme provides comprehensive annual medical check-ups for our people in Italy and their children. In 2024 alone, we actively supported the health of over 2,500 employees and 1,000 young members of their families.
The half marathon of italy
For the second consecutive year, Ferrari opens the doors of its most iconic locations to thousands of runners and enthusiasts, strengthening the bond between sporting passion, the local territory, and an unstoppable drive towards the future. The second edition of "Enzo Ferrari Memorial" Half Marathon of Italy returns from March 27 to 29, 2026.
Education
INSPIRING FUTURE GENERATIONS
In collaboration with Fondazione Agnelli, the Municipality of Maranello, the Province of Modena, and the Emilia-Romagna Region, Ferrari will support the M-TECH Alfredo Ferrari project. This pioneering educational hub will train a new generation of engineers, technicians, and innovators from all over the world.
