With Genuine Maintenance, all Ferrari owners can feel safe in the knowledge that their precious vehicle is being kept in perfect working order, maintaining the highest levels of efficiency, performance and safety as the years pass. It is the only maintenance package of its kind to be offered by a global manufacturer, and a reflection of Ferrari's unwavering dedication to its customers.
The Genuine Maintenance service is specifically linked to each car: indeed, this service "passes on" to the new owner if the car in question is sold. The programme includes: labour, original replacement parts, lubricants, engine oil, brake fluid. The checks are scheduled to take place once a year, and are performed by highly-qualified dealer staff who have been trained at the Ferrari Training Centre in Maranello: nobody knows the unique characteristics of the various Prancing Horse models better than them.
Ferrari introduces the New Power15 extended warranty programme which provides cover for Prancing Horse cars for up to 15 years from the date they are first registered.

Once again, Ferrari is leading the market in its provision of after-sales services to its clients. In 2014, in fact, Ferrari became the first marque in the world to offer clients the possibility of extending warranty cover up to 12 years. Now it has extended that programme still further to offer owners an even better package that will protect the value and functional integrity of their Prancing Horse cars over an even longer period.
For maximum peace of mind, every new Ferrari comes with the standard factory three-year warranty along with a seven-year free maintenance programme. The full factory warranty can be extended for a further two years and, from the vehicle’s 6th to 12th year, owners can stipulate the New Power warranty which provides cover on all major components.
New Power15 extends even further Ferrari’s class-leading programme with the possibility of covering the vehicle’s main mechanical components, including the engine, gearbox, PTU, suspension and steering, from year 12 right up to year 15. The coverage for the new extension lasts for 12 months and can be renewed annually for three years.
This warranty extension option is available both for new and pre-owned Ferraris. Subject to the car passing specific technical checks, the New Power15 extended warranty can also be provided for cars on which the Ferrari extended warranty cover has not been taken up, or on cars with gaps in the cover. This makes the New Power15 Extended Warranty the most flexible and comprehensive package of its kind and sets a new benchmark in the automotive world.
NEW ‘MAINPOWER’ AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Ferrari has created “MainPower”, a new after-sales service for customers who, at the end of the seven-year Genuine Maintenance programme, wish to extend the maintenance service for their car.

The “MainPower” service is a combination of the New Power extended warranty and Ordinary Maintenance and replaces the NewPower extended warranty for the California, 458 Italia, 458 Spider and FF. This offer is only valid for cars that have previously joined the 7-years Genuine Maintenance programme.
The coverage offered by the MainPower package with respect to the warranty extension is exactly the same as the current New Power or New Power15. However, with regard to ordinary maintenance the service follows the same standards of the tried and tested 7-years Genuine Maintenance programme. In this case, however, the activation and expiry date coincide with the date of coverage of the New Power Warranty. The main activation and exclusion rules of the new MainPower Programme follow those of the New Power Warranty, the latter being the main service.
The application to join the MainPower Programme can be made within the period provided, following the same activation procedures as the other warranty formulas. The service lasts 12 months, renewable.
The ordinary maintenance operations covered are those regulated by the Genuine Maintenance Programme and described in the warranty booklet of the specific vehicle. To define the activities to be performed, it is necessary to take the service history into account.
Since the car, when the New Power checklist is drawn up, must be serviced (and therefore the last service due has been performed), it is not possible to carry out maintenance within the first month of validity of the MainPower service.
Ferrari S.p.A. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR INTERRUPT THIS PROGRAMME AT ANY TIME, it being understood that all the vehicles included in the programme may continue to benefit from the guarantee until the expiry date.
NEW MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME FOR TIMELESS DRIVING PLEASURE
Ferrari Premium is the new maintenance programme designed to keep Ferrari cars in perfect working order, specifically created to preserve driving pleasure and ensure superb levels of performance and quality over time.

The programme enables the replacement of components that are subject to wear over time, as well as providing members of the programme with a Ferrari Premium Certificate, and the right to facilitated access to Ferrari Classiche certification. This exclusive initiative is developed to safeguard the efficiency, reliability and market value of Ferrari cars.
The service is provided over the course of the years during which the customer is a member of the programme – in accordance with his or her needs and the needs of the car – by highly specialised technicians from the official Ferrari Service Network, using only original Ferrari components, in order to protect these Ferrari models and deliver uncompromising guaranteed quality.
Adherence to the preventive maintenance programme*, respect for the terms and timings of the standard maintenance programme** and the execution of the work provided for by the various product campaigns concerning the car are the conditions that enable the Ferrari Premium Certificate to be issued to the customer.
Owners of the following models can take advantage of the programme: 360 Modena (all versions), 599 GTB Fiorano, F430 (all versions), 612 Scaglietti, 612 Scaglietti Sessanta, 612 One to One, 456 GT / GTA, 456M GT / GTA, 550 Maranello, 550 Barchetta, 575 Maranello, 575 Superamerica, 599 GTO, 599 SA Aperta and Enzo.
Ferrari Premium completes the wide range of official services that Ferrari offers after a customer purchases a car, guaranteeing continuity over the first 20 years of the car’s life and providing facilitated access to Ferrari Classiche certification, thus offering Ferrari car owners a comprehensive and fully-exclusive service.
*The preventive maintenance plan, i.e. fitting the car with a dedicated replacement parts package relating to the main functional vehicle assemblies.
