Also on the occasion of the Finali Mondiali at Mugello, Ferrari organised the photography competition dedicated to the memory of Marco Vitali, a friend and respected professional in the world of motorsport who passed away in 2024.

Nel cuore della tempesta (In The Heart Of The Storm) is the title of the winning photograph of the second edition, taken by Matteo Carlin and chosen by a qualified jury from among the many images sent by photographers and enthusiasts alike for the competition, launched during the major event at the Tuscan circuit.

The award ceremony took place in the press room of the Mugello Circuit at the end of the day on Sunday, 26 October, with the plaque presented by Antonello Coletta, Head of Endurance and Corse Clienti, together with Andrea Mladosic, Head of Ferrari Challenge and Corso Pilota, Joanne Marshall, Head of Press Office, Roberto Viva, official photographer of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli, and Alberto Borgini, official presenter of the Prancing Horse single-marque series.

A new development was also announced for next year: the intention to collect photographs not only during the Finali Mondiali, but to extend the competition to cover the entire 2026 season of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Europe.
