Congratulations Ferrariworld

Dear friends, Wishing you all a Happy Holiday and a wonderful New Year… I want to stop for a moment and talk about the headline of the cover, the same as the title of this blog. Well, because the 11th anniversary of your institutional website had to be celebrated in some way or other. Not least and above all thanks to your enthusiasm over the last three years we have been constantly growing in terms of unique visitors and page views. To celebrate our anniversary we thought it might be a good idea to present you with a site, which is completely dedicated to the most wonderful photos of the last five presentations of the Scuderia’s Formula One single-seaters. For now it is just a teaser, but soon there will be the official presentation of the new car, which will probably happen on the 6th/7th January. This is our way to spend the upcoming holidays with you (while we already handed over the presents with our last, awaited newsletter…) and to show you in a preview what the layout of the new website, dedicated to the F1 2008, will look like and which is based on the extremely successful site of the 430 Scuderia. And now, as usual, I want to give the floor to you. You, who are our unique and true source of evaluation for whatever initiative we implement. All of this - and I want to apologize again for the delay of our newsletters and some technical problems (see: forum), caused by the profound restructuring of the newsroom - to offer you a constantly improved product, meeting your requirements. See you in the New Year, firstly with the new single-seater!

I thank you for your good wished but action from customercare would also be nice. Since early December I have not been able to access the Y&F SFC site. When I contacted customercare I was informed that I was not a member of Y&F SFC despite paying my ¿15 to upgrade in April last and receiving my membership card. I replied with details of my membership almost two weeks ago but despite almost daily reminders I have not had even the courtesy of a reply to my many e-mails beyond one bland acknowledgement. I am completely frustrated about the situation, I want to remain as a member of Y&F SFC but due to the inaction of customercare cannot renew my subscription. I apologise for his inappropriate use of the blog but I feel that I have no other method, after two weeks of silence on the part of customercare, of venting my disappointment at my treatment. I have been a loyal member since 2000 and would have hoped for better treatment. Incidently, I have just received an e-mail with a preview of the new site and it looks very good. I hope that I will be able to use all its features soon. Michael

i am having much the same problem, my subscription was due to expire on december the 31st, but it expired instead on the 4th december. i got no prior warning or no notification from Y&F. i sent two emails to customercare on the matter but i have only got one bland reply which was 15 days ago and i have heard nothing since. i cannot login or renew my subscription. when i read that you say you are constantly improving your product then i would have to disagree completely. i think that Ferrari does not treat its fans very well. i have been a member of Y&F since 2000 and i would find that it is gradually getting worse as time goes by.
