The experience on the fascinating track in Austin has been filed and we're in Brazil with the right determination, ready for the last weekend of this exciting Championship.
We've worked hard on our F2012, fine-tuning every single component, to continue on the right track: always giving all we have, to see where we can get.
Especially now that we arrived here at the final race in Interlagos, where we have some bad memories of what happened in 2008, when a title went up in smoke at the last second.
But Interlagos is also a track, where Felipe has already won two races and thanks to the unpredictable weather conditions, there might be some surprises. From the unbearable heat we experienced when we arrived, we could also see some downpours, which is expected for tomorrow's start of the race. Something pretty normal for November in Brazil...
Well, everything is still possible and we're ready and determined for this decisive challenge.
The qualifying didn't go as we expected, because a fifth and an eighth position on the grid are not satisfying, especially considering Red Bull's and McLaren's performance today. Furthermore the 13-point gap between Fernando and Vettel, leader in the Championship, is not easy to close with one step: it won't be enough to give it 100% in the race, but we also need some luck, which we didn't have in other situations.
The mood inside the team is good and both drivers are extremely concentrated on tomorrow's race, when we're giving it our all on the last 71 laps of the season.
