Ready to give it everything in tomorrow’s race

The last two weeks were extremely busy for us with work on the F2012. It is a period of extreme concentration, because we know that from here until the end of the season the races will all be very difficult. After the Monza Grand Prix with a third and a fourth place and the unique atmosphere at the home track, we arrived here in this special place called Singapore. We’re convinced that we can carry on on the right way and defend Fernando’s first position in the Championship, while enabling Felipe to improve, just like he did in the last races. This is the 14th race of the season and there won’t be any more races in Europe. That means a lot of travelling and the competition is as fierce as always. Fernando has to defend his advantage of 37 points over Hamilton, but also has to pay attention to Raikkonen and Vettel, who are only one and two points further behind respectively.
So we just have to work as we’ve always done: with intensity and effort, always trying to improve. The weekend so far had some highs and lows and today’s qualifying wasn’t the best for us, because we thought that we could have gained some better positions for the grid of tomorrow’s race at the Marina Bay circuit: our two Ferraris will start from fifth position with Fernando and 13th position with Felipe, who had some problems over the last two days. Both drivers are ready for this fascinating city circuit and just like the entire team they have confidence in our cars and know that we can deliver a great race tomorrow.
