Montezemolo, Felisa and Alonso visiting the Ferrari Summer Camp

Maranello, 20 July 2011 – A very special morning for the more than 400 children at the Ferrari Summer Camp, the Company from Maranello sets up for free for the children of its employees.

The young Ferraristi were visited by Chairman Luca di Montezemolo, CEO Amedeo Felisa and Scuderia driver Fernando Alonso. The excited kids had even prepared a show for the special guests.

The Summer Camps are part of a initiative created by Ferrari in favour of the Company’s employees and are open every day, including Saturdays from 7:30am to 8:30pm, to satisfy the different needs of the parents working at Ferrari.

This year it has been decided to extend the service also over the period from 22 August to 15 September, before the schools reopen in Italy.

As of this year the Summer Camp programme is set up not only in Maranello, but also in Modena, to better satisfy the needs of the workers at the Scaglietti works.
