Maranello, 6 December - This morning Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo and Brunico's mayor Christian Tschurtschenthaler lit the 16-metre high Christmas tree, donated by the city of Brunico to Ferrari. The tree is positioned in the main square of the headquarter, next to the historical entrance of Ferrari, and will glow for the whole Christmas season with 10,000 lights, which, thanks to an energy saving system, consume just 1,400 watt. Amongst the guests, apart from Brunico's mayor Christian Tschurtschenthaler, also Matthias Prugger (Skirama Plan de Corones president), Martin Huber (President of the Tourist Board of Brunico). Ferrari was represented by Chairman Montezemolo, CEO Amedeo Felisa, and Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal Stefano Domenicali. Luca di Montezemolo presented the mayor of Brunico with a scale model of the Ferrari 458 Italia. Ferrari's Christmas activities won't end here: on 12 December the company will celebrate Natale Bimbi, dedicated to the Ferrari employees' children, with shows and activities for the whole family.
