A special day for a champion on two wheels. Cairoli visits Ferrari

Maranello, 20 January – Antonio Cairoli, three times MX-1 Motocross World Champion had a really special day today, visiting the Ferrari factory. During his tour, Cairoli got to see the main production areas, as well as the Fiorano track, the FI Clienti department and the Ferrari Museum.

He also met the Scuderia Team Principal, Stefano Domenicali, thanking him for this truly special opportunity. “I am happy to have been able to see at first hand a company that is really special in Italy and the world,” said Antonio, “particularly because, as an Italian rider, I have been passionate about this team since I was a kid.”

At the end of his day in Maranello, Cairoli could not deny that he was literally in love with the beautiful cars produced by Ferrari. “My favourite has always been the 599 GTB Fiorano but, having been here, I was left speechless by the aggressive lines of the 458 Spider and the fabulous interior of the FF.” The factory tour ended with a visit to the Atelier, where Ferraris are personalised and Cairoli was able to see the innumerable combinations that can be put together to deliver a made to measure car.
