Handling HGTE
Four different kits are available with upgrading of specific contents:
1. HGTE Handling kit
2. HGTE Performance kit
3. HGTE Exhaust kit
4. HGTE Aesthetic kit

The outfitting includes a renewed set-up consisting of new more rigid springs and rear bar. The handling features a better response time and a feeling of increased compactness without unduly compromising driving comfort. The car height from the ground has also been reduced and the centre of mass lowered still further with a consequent reduction in load transfer.
The lowering of the centre of mass combined with the new set-up helps to reduce the heave, pitch and roll with consequent benefits to the car’s dynamic performance. This setting reduces the static roll and rolling movements on the track as well as the pitching. They are characterised by a compound that allows even more effective grip for better road holding combined with excellent ease of control.

The kit cannot be installed on cars with manual gearboxes.
The kit allows the installation of the “HGTE Performance” kit which, thanks to the replacement of the exhaust pipes and new software settings, offers the client faster response of controls. This enhances the car’s dynamic qualities which can be best perceived on the track.The kit has a number of distinctive features: the exhaust tailpipes are further enhanced in the rear three quarter view by the black chroming treatment on the side surface.
The styling characteristics of the tailpipes are also combined with a modification of the exhaust silencer. The sound transmitted by the car is now more pronounced and exciting, especially for sports use, while maintaining a good level of comfort at cruising speed.

For vehicles:
• that cannot receive the software updates listed in the previous kit since the engine was produced before assembly number 122779
• all cars with manual gearboxes
• clients who are only interested in the styling /sound modification of their own cars the simple exhaust pipes, with a different silencer and different tailpipe tips, are also available.
4) HGTE Aesthetic kit
Together with the other kits, or individually, this kit completes the characterisation of the exterior. It enhances the front area with the use of a grille with a special chromatic treatment where the car manufacturer’s symbol, the Prancing Horse, now has a more technical appearance due to a special brushed-finish treatment. The Horse with the same treatment is also available on the rear lid.
The HGTE kit may be used in conjunction with the 20” Challenge wheel rims by ordering the “reduced handling” kit, which includes all the content of the complete kit with the exception of the wheels.
