Pirelli tyres set
The solid and lasting technological partnership between Pirelli and Ferrari has led to the development of a specific tyre, Pirelli PZero Rosso, characterised by a stable structure without relinquishing anything in terms of driving comfort, with tread compounds designed to produce very high grip, both on dry and wet road surfaces, capable of combining high traction, precise handling, and ride comfort.
For the Ferrari Maranello, Pirelli offers a specific combination between a front tyre with a directional tread pattern for precision cornering, and a rear tyre with an asymmetric tread pattern to maximise traction.
The Handling HGTC version of the 575 led to a specific Pirelli development of the PZero Corsa System tyre, in a set with a front tyre having a directional tread pattern for precision cornering and a rear tyre with an asymmetrical tread pattern to produce the maximum traction so that the full power of the engine can be transmitted to the road. The use of internal structures derived from the competition world and racing tread compounds ensure superb road holding even in extreme driving conditions on the track.
