Maranello, 25 January – The international GT racing scene has been enriched by the arrival of a new team, Vita4One Team Italy, which has been born out of the German Vita4One Racing Team, that has already won six FIA GT1 titles from 2005 to 2010. The new organisation is based in Milan and will be led by Italian driver Matteo Bobbi, who among several successes at the wheel of cars from the Maranello marque has two FIA GT1 titles to his name, secured in 2003 and 2006. The team is currently preparing its first Ferrari 458 GT3, prior to tackling several test sessions before a probable race debut in the Italian GT and Blancpain Endurance Series. Vita4One Italy will have the backing of Ferrari Corse Clienti, who among several roles provides support to customer cars competing in GT championships.
