Korean GP

Korean GP

Seventeenth race of the 2010 Formula 1 Championship, in Seoul, South Korea.

In 2010 the Korean GP will be held for the first time in the history of F1 in South Korea. The construction of the Korean International Circuit started in 2007 and it will be finished for the race. The circuit has been designed by Hermann Tilke, is 5,450 m long and is located 400 km south of Seoul in the Yeongam area. The track has one permanent and one “variable” part, facing the city’s harbour. There are 17 turns on the Formula 1 track, which will probably be used by mid-October.
