"The podium rewards the team"

Maranello - I wasn't too happy with the third place at the Monaco GP. For sure it was the best result in the last time, but that was nothing new to me and we knew that we could arrive on a place on the top. When the leaders in the Championship are so far ahead in the classification, in the end it's only a victory that counts. Being back on the podium is a nice reward for the whole Team.

The hard work of the last weeks finally bears some fruit, which is really positive for all of us. We know that we're on the right way now: there are still some minor things to be done but sooner or later we will win. We'll show up with further improvements of the F60 in the upcoming races and we hope we can then challenge the leaders even more, in the qualifying and in the race.

The Monaco qualifying is so much more important than on other tracks and we've almost done a  perfect job: we missed the pole by 25 thousandsth of a second. Not starting from the first position means that it's very likely you won't win. Furthermore the second position on the grid doesn't help on this track. You start from the dirty side of the track and whenever I found myself in this position I always lost at least one position in the field, because the tyres spin a lot at the start. In fact Rubens overtook me, which was really a shame. If I had manaaged to stay beind Button I think I could have easily opened a gap. In the end it was difficult to fight for second position and then there was this story at the last pit stop, where we lost a couple of seconds, due to a problem with the right rear wheel. When I took up the race again I was further behind the Brazilian than before.

We brought home both cars and gained some important points. There were many things at Monaco we can be satisfied with.

I'll race in a rally in Italy next Saturday, in the  Marca Trevigiana, and I want to thank the Scuderia that they gave me the possibility to take part in such a competition. I really enjoy myself and it will be my first experience on the tarmac after some tests on snow last winter. As I'm coeing from the race track it will be intersting to see what I will be able to do behind the wheel of the Fiat Grande Punto S2000 on the roads close to Treviso.

It was nice seeing you smile at the podium. We all know you missed P1 for so little. So let me ask you for one little thing: I want poll and a one, two from Ferrari at Turkey, I´m tired of seeing Button smile. If it's not to much to ask :) I't nice to know you'll compete in a rally again, I bet you'll do better than Button on it's thriatlon :) GO RAIKO, GO!!! Gina, from Guatemala.

What a crazy man! You have only a weekend free and decide to run a rally!!! Enjoy your tarmac experience Kimi, you'll deserve after the podium in Monaco. Great race there, well done!

Well done, mate. It was great to see you on the podium again. I am following your formula one carrier from the very beginnig, but this was the nicest third place for me. It showed you are back on the top and able to fight back after the bad start. All the fans from Hungary keep supporting you with more enthusiasm than before. Championship is not over. The Brawns were very close. It is easy to develop a massive lead on the streats of Monte Carlo, so beware Jenson and Rubens. The Iceman is back! All the best, Kimi! - Kri from Hungary

Kimi, you had such a great weekend in Monaco. Your lap in Q2 was near perfect (what dominance!) and what a shame you lost the pole with only 0.025 seconds, but that's F1. I'm sure you'll be on top very very soon. It was so great to see you on podium, smiling and you had a special spark in your eyes - maybe the spark of victory ;) It seems you are very motivated - our Iceman is back!

Thanks so much Kimi for giving us hope and happiness. I was really happy to see you back on the podium, even though I´m sure you deserved the second or first position, it wasn´t possible there, but I´m sure you´ll be back on the top really soon. I hope you enjoy your tarmac experience, so best wishes for this race. Wish to see you on the podium again in Turkey. Ferrari and your supporters need you and we´ll always keep pushing, because you are the best F1 driver. Best, best wishes and all the luck for the turkish GP. Carmen (Spain)

You made us feel happy last Sunday, though we know you deserved more. We, the Spanish Ferrari supporters will be pushing you and behind you, and whatevever the scuderia decide to do, wé´ll go with them. But they need to know that for the most of the Spanish ferraristas (80%) more or less, Kimi is our number one driver, and we support Felipe too. I don´t know if the staff reads this comments, but I think it would be worth reading them, specially in our situation, the Spanish ferraristas are tired and bored of listening nonsenses of a person who is not as good as and he thinks and who had been insulting the scuderia and its supporters since 2005 (hope you know who I´m talking about). So, Kimi go, and show everybody on the track that you are the best driver. Carmen

Did you have fun at the rally?

The team fights as a whole. Felipe and Kimi couldn't achieve anything without teamwork. No one will forget Felipe in Brazil 2007 and Kimi in China 2008. We are also tired and bored of listening nonsenses of those intending to break the peace of Ferrari. Fernando is a great driver and you might as well give more support to your own hero. Ferrari is Ferrari, it's Felipe and Kimi's Ferrari.
