Registration
How can I register with the Scuderia Ferrari Club community?
You can only become a Scuderia Ferrari Club member by completing the online application form. Subscription costs €40, which allows access to exclusive services for 12 months from the date of subscription (renewable). Payments can only be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, JCB, Amex or Diners). The transaction is protected by a secure protocol.
I have forgotten my username and/or my password. Can you send them to me again?
If you are a Scuderia Ferrari Club member you can click on 'Forgotten your password?' and the system will reset your password. You can change your password by going to 'Your profile'.
If you are a Ferrari Guest member, and you've forgotten your username and/or password, you will need to register again.
I'm already registered with Ferrari Store. Does this also allow me access to community services?
Yes. The two are integrated.
Is the transaction secure?
The transaction is completed by the bank's secure server, through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. Using this technology, the page is encrypted and protected by a 128-figure digital key, which is generated randomly and constantly modified to eliminate the risk of fraud.
When I tried to register the browser froze.
The encrypted SSL has to be codified and de-codified, so the transfer is slower than that of a normal web page. Please try again, and allow the system more time to respond.
The bank form sends me a generic error message.
This could be due to a transitory internet error during the connection to the bank's SSL security system, or due to the bank's transaction server malfunctioning. Please try again.
The transaction seems to have been completed but I can't complete the subscription process, and I'm not sure if the payment has been made.
When the transaction is completed, the bank always sends an email to the specified address. If you try to pay two or more times with the same credit card, a warning message appears. We would also advise you to carefully check your next credit card statement.
I can't log in.
Please make sure you have entered your username and password correctly. It is possible that your internet connection is protected by a proxy/firewall, which can block access to certain sites or services. You should check this with your system administrator. It is advisable to try again – with the same login and password – using a different computer and an alternative internet connection.
I have a valid credit card (Visa – not Electron – Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, JCB or Diners), but it is not accepted.
From time to time, a valid credit card may not be accepted; usually this is due to a common internet problem. Because we use a Wide Area Network, we may experience some momentary interruptions to the connection, and the passage from the secure SSL server of the bank to our database can fail. Please try again.
