Spa-Francorchamps, 27 August – This weekend is the eighth round of the GP2 series here at Spa, once again running alongside a round of the Formula 1 World Championship. In today’s first race of the weekend, Jules Bianchi finished second on the famous Ardennes circuit. Having started from third on the grid, the Frenchman took his Lotus Art car to second behind pole man Christian Vietoris in the Racing Engineering car. Third place for Dams driver Romain Grosjean was enough to give him this year’s championship title with three races to go. The Ferrari Driver Academy youngster currently lies third in the classification, as he prepares for the second race, tomorrow at 10.30 in the morning.
