FDA- The Ardennes adventure comes to an end

8.29.2010
Spa-Francorchamps, 29 August – Neither Jules Bianchi nor Mirko Bortolotti picked up any points at the historic Spa-Francorchamps circuit, racing in the junior series alongside the thirteenth round of the Formula 1 World Championship. In the second GP2 event that has just ended the French Art Grand Prix driver, Bianchi had a short race when he spun out. The win went to the Barwa Addax Team’s Sergio Perez, who was followed home by team-mate Giedo Van der Garde and Alvaro Parente for Scuderia Coloni. In GP3, Italy’s Bortolotti crossed the finish line in fourteenth spot in his Addax Team car, while victory went to Manor Racing’s Adrian Tambay, with Alexander Rossi (Art Grand Prix) and Miki Monras (MW Arden) second and third respectively.

The Ferrari Driver Academy youngsters will be back in action for the penultimate round of their seasons over the weekend of 12 September, in Monza, on the same card as the fourteenth round of the Formula 1 World Championship, the Italian Grand Prix.
