Maranello, 28 August – Raffaele Marciello and Brandon Maisano, young talents from the Ferrari Driver Academy, were the protagonists of qualifying for the fourth round of the Trofeo Michele Alboreto, the prize for the Italian Formula ACI CSAI Abarth championship. The 39 competing cars were split into two sessions at the Autodromo Riccardo Paletti in Varano de’ Melegari in the province of Parma today. The two young drivers from the Maranello training school, who race for the JD and BVM/Target teams and hold second and first positions respectively in the title race, locked out the fourth row of tomorrow’s grid.
In pole position for the first race, scheduled for 9.50am on the Parma track, will be Patric Niederhauser of the Jenzer Motorsport team, ahead of André Negrao (Cram Competition) and the South African Roman De Beer (Scuderia Victoria).
